At Infiltrator Water Technologies our Customer Service Team is committed to providing prompt responses and exceptional experiences. In order to improve our response time to your order requests and emails, we have implemented a series of new email addresses for each of our sales regions.
Please refer to the email addresses listed below and update your records accordingly.
- ATL and EZflow order inquiries please use EZForders@infiltratorwater.com
For chambers, IM tanks, risers, and Aquaworx order inquiries please use the following email addresses based on your state:
- Eastern Region (FL, NC, VA, MD, DE, NJ, PA, ON, QC, PE, NS, NL and NB) please use EAorders@infiltratorwater.com
- Northern Region (ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, WI, MI, IL, IN, OH, NY, CT, MA, VT, NH, and ME) please use northorders@infiltratorwater.com

There is no change to the email address you use for Presby Environmental or Delta Treatment Systems orders.
We ask that you begin contacting us with these new email addresses immediately. Our Customer Account Specialists will be monitoring these new addresses going forward.
