The Customer Service Team has been busy implementing new technology and programs to make your interactions with us even easier.
Online Order Entry Form
First, we're in the process of launching new order forms that you can use to conveniently place your orders on the go. This form can be accessed from any mobile device including smartphones so you can place an order while walking your yard. This form is designed to meet the needs of your business and style and will help eliminate the back and forth emails and phone conversations to clarify products. The new order form is available for the Infiltrator product line with the plans to incorporate others soon. If you'd like to give this form a try please reach out to your Customer Account Specialist.
Customer Appreciation Program
Next, we are implementing a Customer Appreciation Program. Each month we will randomly choose 15 distributors who will be invited to provide feedback to us, including the order management process and the experience when interacting with our Customer Service Team. We want to know how we can improve so that you have an ideal personal one-stop contact to take and manage your orders and relationship with Infiltrator. Did we mention there will be swag involved!
