Years of use and a old, leaking tank that had infiltration issues adding to the outflow to the drainfield. Limited space and depth to a seasonally-high water table of 36” at grade. Limited areas of non-compacted soils impacted the available footrprint of a replacement system and eliminated the use of a traditional mound with stone.
