South Mountain YMCA in Wernersville, Pennsylvania wanted to expand the size of the campus to add cabins, double the size of the dining hall, and increase bathroom facilities from 2 to 18 toilets. The existing septic system was unable to handle the daily flow increase to 8,500 GPD. The solution would have to meet budget constraints, a tight construction schedule, and regulatory restrictions.
